The victim of the collapse of a house after an explosion in Belorechensk died in hospital. This was announced on March 11 by the head of the Belorechensk municipal district of Krasnodar Territory Sergey Sidorenko.
"Today (March 11th. Dmitry G., who was injured in the collapse of an apartment building at 84 Krasnaya Street, died in the regional hospital," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
An explosion of an unidentified nature in a five-story building in Belorechensk occurred on March 5. As a result, the overlap between the fourth and fifth floors collapsed, there was no fire. Three people were injured. Previously, there was a pop of a gas-air mixture in the house, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The regional Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the incident. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory has opened a criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements. Sidorenko reported that the house will be restored.
