Bild reported on Germany's plans to terminate the contract for the supply of F-35A

In Germany, officials are working on the option of refusing to buy American F-35A fighters. This was reported by the Bild newspaper on March 8.
It is reported that the reason for this step was concerns about the presence of an "emergency switch" in technology, which will allow the United States to deactivate and turn off exported aircraft anywhere in the world at any time.
"If we have to fear that the United States may deal with future German F-35s the way they are currently dealing with Ukraine, we could consider terminating the agreement," Wolfgang Ischinger, the former head of the Munich Security Conference, was quoted as saying by the publication.
The statement was made in the context of the fact that on March 5, the United States stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine, including for launching attacks with Himars missiles.
On March 4, former Prime Minister of Ukraine Ybrjkfq Azarov assessed the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without American help. He drew attention to the fact that all data on casualties and the current situation at the front are with the Americans, who "fully control the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine." The statements of the new head of the US national Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, speak for themselves, who publicly described the Zelensky regime as "dictatorial," pointing to the persecution of the opposition, media censorship and illegal arrests.
