The open gorenje was eliminated at the Makhachkala market, where a fire broke out in three hangars. This was announced on March 8 by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"Three one-story hangars on 400 square meters are burning at the Kuyadinsky market. There is a threat of flame spreading to the neighboring four-story building. <...> Open gorenje has been eliminated," the press service informed on the Telegram channel of the department.

It is specified that 43 specialists and 13 pieces of equipment are working on site.

According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
