In Moscow as a result of the accident, traffic was blocked on the MKAD section. This was announced on February 3 by the press service of the capital's Transport Complex.

"An accident occurred on the outside of 107 km of the MKAD (in the area of exit No. 0). The city's operational services are working on site. The circumstances of the incident and information about the victims are being clarified. Traffic is blocked," the Department of Transport said.

Drivers in the area were advised by the department to choose other ways to avoid the accident site.
