In the Irkutsk region, one person was killed in a minibus accident.

One person was killed and nine others were injured in an accident with a minibus near the Irkutsk village of Buslaika, Tulun district. This was announced on March 3 by the press service of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

"According to preliminary information, it has been established that the 53-year-old driver of a Nissan AD car, moving from Tulun towards Bratsk, entered the lane where he collided with a Honda Stepwgn minibus driven by a 48—year-old man," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that as a result of the accident, the driver of the car died on the spot, and his passenger was taken to the hospital. The minibus driver and seven passengers were also taken to a medical facility with injuries. Upon the fact of the accident, police officers are conducting an inspection, during which they will determine the causes of the incident.
