Ynet has learned about the dispatch of Military Secretary Netanyahu to Russia for a series of meetings

The Prime Minister Israel Benjamin Netanyahu sent his military secretary Roman Hoffman to Russia to hold a series of meetings to improve relations with the Russian side. This was announced on March 1 by the Ynet.

It is specified that the meetings were aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation with Moscow. The Israeli representative also raised issues of ensuring the security of the state during the talks.

According to the portal, one of Hoffman's goals was also to appeal to Russia for help in putting pressure on the Palestinian Hamas movement to advance a deal to free hostages from Gaza.
