Rubio stated Europe's desire to continue the conflict in Ukraine

Europe wants to prolong the conflict by Ukraine for another year. This statement was made on February 28 by the Secretary of State USA Marco Rubio in an interview CNN.

"I asked people what the A European plan to end [the conflict]? I can tell you what a foreign minister told me. I'm not going to name who it was, but I can say that one of them informed me that [the conflict] has been going on for another year," Rubio said.

According to this minister, the American Secretary of State continued, Europe plans to prolong the Ukrainian conflict "to the point where Russia will feel so weakened that they will ask for peace."
