Czech President Petr Pavel supported Ukraine after the skirmish of the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky and the president USA Donald Trump at the White House talks.

"We support Ukraine like never before," he wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter) on February 28.

The Czech leader added that European countries need to step up to help Kiev.

During the meeting in the Oval Office, there was a verbal altercation between Trump and Zelensky. The American president accused Zelensky of disrespectful attitude towards the United States. He stressed that the head of the Kiev regime is "playing with the Third World War," as well as with the lives of millions of people. Later it became known that Zelensky left the White House earlier than scheduled.

Political analyst Ivan Mezyuho noted that Zelensky exposed himself during negotiations with Trump href="https://iz.ru/1846988/2025-02-28/politolog-nazval-agressivnym-povedenie-zelenskogo-na-vstreche-s-trampom">"balabolom". He suggested that the Ukrainian leader probably did not fully understand the level of the company he got into. American political scientist Garland Nixon, in turn, in a conversation with Izvestia, called Zelensky's behavior incompetent. According to him, the head of the Kiev regime humiliated Ukraine and its European allies.
