Rutte promised billions in aid to Kiev after speaking with Trump

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte declared his readiness to provide Ukraine billions of dollars in aid after a conversation with the president USA Donald Trump.
"As for Ukraine, the allies are preparing additional billions in the form of aid and contributions for security guarantees," Rutte wrote on February 27 on the social network X (former. Twitter).
However, he did not specify which countries are involved in this process and what guarantees will be provided to Kiev.
On February 26, Trump announced that the United States is not currently supplying Ukraine defense assistance.
