A captured militant of the Armed Forces Ukraine's Alexander Chumak reported on the forced mobilization in the country. The video was distributed by the Russian Ministry of Defense on February 26.

He talked about his life path: first he worked in delivery, then in a warehouse, and later in a factory.

"At one point, the police caught him. They brought him first to the military enlistment office, then they took him to Poltava. They were brought from Poltava to the Kharkiv region. And then they took us to Kapitanovka, we stayed there for a week. And one day they were sent to the Kursk region. And as a result, we ended up in captivity," Chumak said.

He noted that the Ukrainian military initially planned to surrender to the Russian army. According to him, the Russian Armed Forces treat the militants well and provide everything necessary.

Chumak stressed that the staff of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) they actively "catch" men for mobilization.

"They're catching everyone. That's the way it is, there's nothing you can do about it, it's working," the militant said.

On February 25, Vladimir Rukan, a captured serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was forcibly taken to a recruiting station to be sent to the front, said that money laundering is taking place by the Ukrainian leadership, and all funds coming to Kiev are going in an unknown direction.
