Wedding ceremonies were held at the skating rinks at VDNKh and Vorobyovy Gory


On February 25, the capital's registry offices held off-site wedding ceremonies at the skating rinks of VDNH and the Moscow Palace of Pioneers on Vorobyovy Gory as part of the Winter in Moscow". This was reported by portal of the mayor of the city.
"On a beautiful date, over 800 couples got married in Moscow, and four new families were created at the ice rinks at VDNKh and Vorobyovy Gory," said Svetlana Ukhaneva, head of the Moscow Registry Office.
For the first time, exit ceremonies were held at the skating rink of the Moscow Palace of Pioneers. Before that, the ice rink was decorated with wedding decor. In turn, two marriages were registered at the largest skating rink in the capital at VDNKH — the newlyweds exchanged rings against the backdrop of the architecture of the exhibition and the Druzhba Narodov fountain.
"Registration of marriages on ice grounds has become a good tradition of the winter seasons," the city portal noted.
