Collections of the detective "Red Silk" broke the bar of 100 million rubles

Box office receipts of the Russian-Chinese detective film "Red Silk" for the first days of distribution exceeded 100 million rubles. Actors and viewers on February 24 spoke about their impressions of the film.
"Red Silk" tells a spy story about love for the homeland and defense of the country's interests, based on real events.
"When it was assembled, the first time I saw the picture, <...> - at the sound, I did not believe that we did it, I thought I had mistaken the hall, I had such a release of dopamine," - shared actor and co-producer of the film Gosha Kutsenko.
In the story in the train there is a murder, which should solve the detective Nikolai Garin, whose role is perfectly played by Serbian actor Milos Bikovich. In addition, the picture starred such artists as Kutsenko, Elena Podkaminskaya, Yaroslav Mogilnikov, Gleb Kalyuzhny and talented Chinese actors, such as Zheng Hanyi. She said that during the filming of scenes from Manchuria, which took place in winter Pskov, admired the Russian snowdrifts. Later, the artists had to work in China at a temperature of +40. Zheng Hanyi decided that all the stunts - from jumping from a high mountain to shooting - can perform independently, and she succeeded brilliantly.
The movie was shot in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Baikal and Shanghai: in 2.5 hours the viewer will see about a dozen locations. Shootouts in the movie are dynamic, as in the films of American director Quentin Tarantino, stunts were staged taking into account the experience of Chinese actor Jackie Chan. The movie was worked on with scrupulous attention to detail, and for this purpose they even placed a train in the shooting pavilion.
"We will come out in China as a Chinese national movie, and that's a different preference, it's a different advantage, unlike a foreign movie. So this is a very serious story," said the producer of "Red Silk" Vadim Byrkin.
Meanwhile, the movie is being familiarized with the audience from different cities of Russia. All of them note that the movie turned out very worthy.
"Very dynamic plot. Very much liked it, we recommend everyone to watch," - shared a couple who watched the picture in Pskov on February 23.
Other viewers praised the plot and noted that the quality of shooting "Red Silk" is no worse than Hollywood movies. In addition, the picture was also liked by those residents of Pskov who are familiar with Chinese cinema.
Earlier in the day, the director of "Red Silk" Andrei Volgin said that for the filming of the movie in China rented pavilions of the largest movie studio in the world, where decorators built a whole city in life-size, and each building is made high-tech. Chinese Ambassador to the Russian Federation Zhang Hanhui, in turn, pointed out that cooperation in the field of cinematography is very important and promising, so Moscow and China will try to make more good movies together.
On February 18, the premiere screening of "Red Silk" was held. The movie is set in 1927 in China, where there are mass murders of communists. Soviet intelligence officers accompany Chinese couriers to Moscow with secret documents.
