Riot Express: the premiere of the movie "Red Silk" was held in Moscow

The fight of dragons, honored guests and one of the most anticipated premieres of winter - on the eve of the release of the large-scale detective action film "Red Silk" in Moscow held a private social screening of the film. In "October" on February 18, the novelty presented the team of the Russian-Chinese project: Milos Bikovich, Gosha Kutsenko, Gleb Kalyuzhny and rising star Zheng Hanyi. The color of mood is red

According to the calendar, the Chinese New Year is over, but in the capital's "October" in honor of the premiere of the detective "Red Silk" it was as if it was still in full swing - from the ceiling hung scarlet lanterns, the lobby was strewn with pillows with golden embroidery and suitcases of passengers who are about to go on an exciting movie journey, following the carpet.

The main scene of "Red Silk" becomes the Trans-Siberian Express, which carries across Russia secret documents of special importance for Russian-Chinese relations. To seize them are trying to foreign intelligence agents and thugs under the guise of ordinary passengers. To identify the enemy will be a young Red Army officer Artem Svetlov, played by Gleb Kalyuzhny and former Tsarist agent Nikolai Garin, played by Milos Bikovich.

Bloody fights unfold against the charm of the scenery and costumes of the turn of the 1920s-1930s, where one of the most atmospheric points becomes a dining car with vintage furniture and dishes.

- "Murder on the Orient Express", "Get Knives", "Faster than a Bullet", "Mission Impossible" - so many good movies served as a reference when we were looking for a view of the picture, - told "Izvestia" producer Vadim Byrkin. - As a result, we created our own reality in the costumes, and in the artistic solution, and in the scenery, and in the images. This is not a movie about the 1920s. It's an image of how we imagine that time and the events that took place then. But, of course, we studied the history of Russian-Chinese relations before making the movie.

The picture requires immersion - you have to follow the plot, think, reason. This is not a pure entertainment movie, is sure co-producer of the project and performer of one of the roles Gosha Kutsenko.

- On the other hand, there are moments where you can relax, smile, - he said. - This enjoyment of the picture, beauty, color, editing extravaganza, I expressed yesterday to director Andrei Volgin my admiration. We have invested in computer graphics. Stunts, shooting - everything is fair.

For pavilion filming in Moscow erected the largest screen in Europe with virtual scenery, and to simulate the environment built an artificial sky. The international project team worked on Baikal, in the Pskov and Leningrad regions, and even made it to China - to the world's largest studio, HengdianWorld Studios.

- It was a blow for us, because we had never been to such studios. Real-sized people have built a whole city, and all the buildings are real, functioning buildings. You can shoot on the street, you can go into the object, it is ready for filming - and all this incredible size, scale - told "Izvestia" director Andrei Volgin.

The performer of the main female role of Wang Lin several months looking for just in China, but eventually the ideal heroine found in our homeland - in St. Petersburg. She was played by actress Zheng Hanyi, who studies in Russia. "Red silk" was her debut in the movie. And the premiere - the first appearance on the red carpet.

- Today I'm very excited! How not to be excited? So many people! It's my first time. It's like I'm in a dream right now. I'm very pleased and very lucky! - shared Zheng Hanyi's trembling voice with Izvestia.

The novice actress in "Red Silk" literally had to jump into the unknown. The actors performed most of the stunts on their own, without the help of stuntmen.

- The most frightening was the jump from the mountain. I used to be very afraid of heights, but now it seems not, I can still do it many times... I was joking(laughs), - recalled Zheng Hanyi.

The language barrier became less of a challenge and even an occasion for humor. Gosha Kutsenko admitted that thanks to him Chinese colleagues learned Russian mat.

- We behaved culturally, and they are very well-mannered people. Just read Chinese - I think it's all made of Russian swear words(laughs). Of course, we exchanged, asked how they have it sounds, giggled, laughed, - said the actor.

Premiere of the movie "Red Silk"

Art is the best way to speak the same language. Only in the theater sounded: "Dear passengers, before the departure of the express train is five minutes" - and at this time on the stage in the hall spun ballerina, and then two Chinese dragons burst into the dance.

Among the first spectators were director Sergei Selyanov, actors Maxim Matveev, Roman Mayakin, and Vladimir Kanukhin, star of the TV series "Combination". In addition, the screening was attended by representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Russia and Chinese partners of the picture.

- I think it is very important, because last year in Kazan during the BRICS summit, our leaders met, they agreed that we will make movies together - said "Izvestia" Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Russia Zhang Hanhui. - Six months later, the filmmakers gave us such a pleasant surprise.

When all the guests had gathered, a team wearing red silk scarves went up to the stage. The creators thanked the National Media Group, noting that it became the flagship of this interstate project, REN TV and other resources of Izvestia. Gosha Kutsenko, on the other hand, addressed Milos Bikovich.

- I want to say thank you that you starred not in "White Lotus", but in "Red Silk" - joked Kutsenko (earlier it was reported that the Serbian actor will appear in the new season of the HBO series, but it did not happen).
