One person was killed and one injured in a fire in Naberezhnye Chelny


One person died as a result of an apartment fire in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in the Republic of Tatarstan, another was hospitalized and is in hospital. About it on February 21 reported in the press service in the management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.
"The fire occurred in a five-story house on Moskovsky Avenue, 65. Fire units promptly arrived on the scene, there was burning of things and furniture in the hall room in a three-room apartment on the fifth floor", - stated in the Telegram-channel.
In the burning apartment firefighters found two people who were pulled out of the fire. A 63-year-old woman later died in hospital, and her 37-year-old son was hospitalized with poisoning from combustion products.
According to preliminary data, the fire started due to carelessness while smoking cigarettes.
On the same day, an elderly woman died in a fire in a private house in the Chelyabinsk region. According to the preliminary version, the cause of burning was a short circuit. Also on February 18, two people died in a fire in the Pskov region. During extinguishing the bodies of the 62-year-old owner of the house and his 51-year-old neighbor were found.
