A 20-degree frost has hit the east of the Moscow region. This was reported by the leading expert of the weather center "Phobos" Evgeny Tishkovets in Telegram-channel on February 20.

According to him, in Moscow at VDNKh the minimum temperature was -10.5, which corresponds to the climatic norm.

"In the Moscow region, the coldest was in Zaraisk -15.9, Egoryevsk -16.2, Lukhovitsy -16.3, Volokolamsk -16.7, Elektrostal -17.2, Cherusti -20.9," Tishkovets said.

February frosts will remain until the end of the week, the expert specified.
