In Dmitrov, a cab driver hit a wheelchair user at a crosswalk

A cab driver hit a man in a wheelchair at an unregulated crosswalk in Dmitrov. This was reported on February 19 in the Telegram-channel of the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow region.

The accident was caught on video. The footage shows how the driver, without slowing down, hit a man at the crosswalk marked by road signs. The incident occurred the day before, February 18.

"The victim required medical assistance, he was taken to a medical institution and after its provision was released home. Dmitrov city Prosecutor's office controls the establishment of all the circumstances of the road accident", - specified in the Prosecutor's office.

A pre-investigation inspection is underway.
