Defense Ministry shows footage of the liberation of Yasenovoye settlement in the DNR

On February 18, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the work of the Center group of troops during the liberation of the settlement of Yasenovoye in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR).

"In the course of offensive actions, assault and tank units of the Center group of troops destroyed camouflaged machine gun points, fortified positions and living forces of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine. - Ed.)," the report noted.

Also after the liberation of the settlement of Yasenovoye, the attackers began cleaning up basements and other structures. It is drowned that part of the enemy units left the positions, left weapons and ammunition, as well as injured and killed Ukrainian servicemen.

In addition, the servicemen installed the Russian tricolor on the central building of the Yasenovoye settlement.

Theliberation of the settlement by the Center group of troops became known on 11 February. It was also noted that the enemy lost up to 505 military personnel, as well as a tank, an armored fighting vehicle, four artillery pieces and seven vehicles.
