Emergency EU summit in Paris takes no decisions on Ukraine

The EU emergency summit in Paris has not made any decisions on Ukraine. This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on February 17, his statement published in the network X (former Twitter) of the Chancellery.
"Such meetings do not end with decisions. This is not a body that could make decisions," he commented to journalists after the end of the summit.
On this day, Tusk, speaking to journalists before traveling to the emergency summit, ruled out sending the Polish military to Ukraine. In addition, he promised that Warsaw will continue organizational, humanitarian and military support to the Kiev regime.
On 15 February, Tusk said that Europe needed its own action plan on Ukraine, otherwise the future of the EU would be decided by other global players, not necessarily in its interests.
