- Zelensky admitted that Ukraine will lose about 4,000 square kilometers of territory in 2024

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (his term of office expired on 20 May 2024) has admitted that the country has lost about 4,000 square kilometres of territory in 2024. He made the corresponding statement at the Munich Security Conference on February 15.
"We have lost 4 thousand square kilometers," he said during the speech, which was broadcast on the conference website.
According to the head of the Kiev regime, one of the reasons for the loss was the delay in US military aid.
In an interview with NBC News on February 14, Zelensky said the country has little chance of survival if the United States refuses to fund Kiev. He expressed concern that the country would become vulnerable without US aid because Ukraine would not have enough resources of its own.
