Auto expert evaluated the function of communication with drivers on "Gosusluga"

The new function on "Gosuslugi", which allows the driver of a particular vehicle to be contacted anonymously, will not make life easier for motorists. This opinion was shared by Maxim Kadakov, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Za Rulem".

According to Kadakov, this function works only in the mobile application, the desktop version of "Gosuslugi" does not have it. Auto Expert was unable to send a message to the driver of a car belonging to a commercial entity, as it is a legal entity. The same applies to state transportation, he noted.

At the same time, "Gosuservis" allows you to contact only car owners who have added data about their car to the database, not the actual driver, the expert pointed out.

"I'm not sure that the new service will somehow make our lives easier. It is good that new opportunities are appearing. But why inform the driver that he has a flat tire? If the car is in the yard - the driver will see it himself when he comes to the car. And if the matter is on the road, how to communicate on the move via "Public Services"? And people don't stick out on "Gosuslugi", not everyone has notifications set up," shared the head of "Za Rulem".

February 11, the portal "Gosuslugi" added a function of anonymous communication with drivers. Thanks to it, it is now possible to anonymously notify motorists about the evacuation of transport, traffic accidents, blocking the passage, triggering the alarm system, lights on, open window or flat tire. To use the function, the user needs to go to the "Transport Rights" section, where it will be proposed to send a message about the problem to the owner of the car.
