Exlantix car brand shares details of equipment of new cars for Russia

Exlantix continues adaptation and resource tests of the new premium crossover ET before entering the Russian market. This is stated in the message of the Chinese brand, which was received by Izvestia on February 12. The manufacturer shared details about the equipment of the novelty for Russia.
Thus, all versions of the Exlantix ET, which will be presented on the Russian market, are equipped with an all-wheel drive system and pneumatic suspension with a system of adaptation of shock absorber stiffness. There are several driving modes, including "Snow" and "Sand". In the latter, the car more easily overcomes areas with the appropriate type of surface and slopes up to 50%.
The company noted that all-wheel drive allows the crossover to get out of the state of diagonal suspension, when only two wheels are in contact with the road, and the system, simulating differential lock, reacts in less than 0.05 seconds. The air suspension can adjust the vehicle's ground clearance to 240 mm, and in this mode the ET can travel at speeds of up to 40 km/h.
The Exlantix ET is tested to check the operation of electronic driver assistance systems, adaptive damping system and the car's behavior on various surfaces in winter conditions. Two models are undergoing final testing before the start of sales: the four-door coupe ES and the full-size crossover ET, including a hybrid version with a 43 kW⋅h electric traction battery and a 1.5L turbo engine acting as a generator.
On January 10, it was reported that the production of Exlantix ET crossovers started in China, the first batch of export cars rolled off the assembly line. The version for the Russian market differs in the design of the grille. The cars will also receive a Russianized multimedia system and winter package, including battery heating system, as well as heated windshield, steering wheel and washer nozzles.
