The average exposure period of purchased lots for 2024 amounted to 2.7 years. In the structure of demand, 35% of lots for 2024 were on exposure for less than a year, 23% of objects were on sale for about a year, and two years and more - 42% of sold apartments, 11% of which were on sale for more than seven years.

Over the year, the average area of the purchased lot increased by 6% and amounted to 149.3 sq. m. At the same time, the area of the purchased apartment in 2024 compared to 2023 increased by 9% to 157 square meters. m.

The average cost of a purchased lot in 2024 amounted to 141.6 million rubles, which is 14% higher than in 2023 (124 million rubles). For apartments, the figure amounted to 150.6 million rubles, it increased by 17% over the year, and for apartments - 97 million rubles.
