State Duma deputies proposed to change the recalculation of pensions for working pensioners

State Duma deputies from the LDPR headed by the head of the Committee on Social Policy Yaroslav Nilov on Monday, February 10, will introduce a bill providing for recalculation of insurance pensions for working pensioners based on the maximum individual pension coefficient (IPK) from August 1, 2025.

The deputies proposed to change the law "On Insurance Pensions" so that from August 1 of this year, the old-age insurance pension for working pensioners will be recalculated based on the maximum value of the individual pension coefficient (10 instead of three).

From the explanatory note published in Nilov's Telegram-channel, under the current norms the size of the insurance pension and the share of the old-age insurance pension for working pensioners from August 1 last year increased by a maximum of 399.15 rubles.

The adoption of the bill will restore social justice to working pensioners and increase their welfare, the deputies believe.
