In Odessa, fortune-tellers and psychics offer conspiracy services from the employees of territorial manning centers (TCC, an analogue of the military recruitment office in Ukraine). This was reported by UNIAN agency on February 7.

"In Odessa, psychics have reached a new level - now they offer the service of "conspiracy from TCKs" so that they stop seeing you," - informed the press service in the Telegram-channel of the agency.

Earlier in the day it became known that in Kiev local employees of the TCK began to stop cars with military conscripts right during the movement.

Before that, on February 4, the Ukrainian media reported that the employees of the TCC mobilized a half-blind resident of Odessa during his walk with his dog. According to the man's mother, upon arrival at the TCC, they demanded $8 thousand from her for her son to be released. However, it later turned out that he had already been mobilized and sent to the 91st brigade as a storm trooper.

Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. Then the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky (term of office expired in May 2024) signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
