Lawyer admits charging the security guards of the residential complex "Alykh Parusakh"

In addition to the organizers and perpetrators of the explosion in the Moscow residential complex "Alye Parusa", a separate legal assessment will be given to the companies servicing the houses on its territory. This was reported to "Izvestia" by Oleg Cherkasov, a leading lawyer of the European Legal Service. According to him, those who are responsible for the security of the LCD, law enforcement agencies may check especially carefully.

Armen Sarkisyan, head of the Boxing Federation of the DNR and founder of the Arbat volunteer battalion, was seriously wounded.

"In this case, an article may be imputed for the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements for the life and health of citizens. In the process of investigation may reveal and fraudulent schemes, for example, according to the documents was concluded a contract for security, but in fact the service was not provided. Here it is possible to initiate criminal proceedings for abuse of power of the head of the organization or fraud," - said the expert.

Compensation for damage to the complex is imposed on the person who committed the crime, but if it is established other persons involved, whose inaction could have led to the damage, they may be charged compensation.

On the fact of the explosion in the housing estate "Alye Sails", the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on attempted murder of two or more persons, murder in a generally dangerous way and illegal trafficking of weapons.

The incident occurred on February 3. A homemade bomb in the lobby of a residential building was detonated around 10 am. According to preliminary data, it was an attempt on the founder of the Donetsk battalion "ArBat", head of the Boxing Federation of the DNR Armen Sarkisyan: the explosion was heard after the man went down to the lobby of the building accompanied by security guards. Sarkisyan died of his injuries. Another person was also killed, three others were seriously injured and hospitalized.
