Two children died in a house fire in Belgorod region

Two girls died in a fire in a two-story house in Belgorod region. This was reported on February 3 by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in Telegram-channel.

"In the village of Loknya fire engulfed a two-story residential house. When extinguishing the employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry found the bodies of girls one year old and three years old," - stated in the statement.

It is specified that the children were looked after by the grandmother. She left the children and went down to the first floor of the house. At this point and there was a fire. To come to the aid of the girls she could not because of the rapid spread of fire.

The Office added that the fire was liquidated by 13 people and six units of equipment.

Earlier, on February 2, a woman and a child died in a fire in a private house in the Novo-Irkutsk microdistrict of the Irkutsk region. Open burning was liquidated by 22 specialists and seven units of equipment. A criminal case under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence of two persons") was initiated on the fact of death of the residents.
