Zen platform analysts conducted a study and found out that more than half of the respondents assess their stress level as average or above average. Only 2% of respondents do not experience anxiety at all.

The most popular way to combat anxiety was watching or reading entertainment content, reports Lenta.Ru on Thursday, January 30, The second place - anti-stress toys, and the third - watching ASMR-video.

Respondents are most often annoyed when near them chew their nails or chew on a pen. Other annoying habits include tapping on the table and clicking a pen, crunching knuckles. In addition, many people don't like it when someone listens to music loudly, bursts bubble wrap or jerks their foot. Meanwhile, the study shows that most often Russians simply ignore the annoyance.
