Musk advocated firing judges who obstruct deportation of migrants

American businessman Ilon Musk advocated the removal of judges who prevent the deportation of migrants from the United States. He wrote about this in his social network X (former Twitter) on January 29.
"If no judge is removed from office, no matter how fair their sentences are, our legal system is fundamentally broken. This (removal of judges from office. - Ed.) must happen," Musk wrote.
This is how he commented on the user's post with ABC news, which claimed that a Chicago judge was going to release a Venezuelan criminal illegal alien arrested during a raid by ICE Customs and Border Protection.
Earlier, on January 17, it became known that the team of US President Donald Trump intends to declare a state of emergency to combat illegal migration. It was reported that the US is also developing an executive order to abolish the right to American citizenship by birth.
In addition, on January 27, it was reported that Customs and Border Protection (ICE) in the U.S. was instructed to increase the number of those detained for violation of migration laws to at least 1200-1500 people per day. The next day it became known that the U.S. immigration service made about 1,200 arrests in one day, with almost half of the detainees having no criminal record.
