Nearly half of men said they would be willing to go back to their exes

Almost half of the surveyed men (48%) believe that people tend to change, so they are ready to give a second chance to their exes. This is stated in the results of a survey of the dating service Mamba, which were read by "Izvestia" on January 30.

Women are more determined: 61% are sure that it is necessary to move on, but 39% are also ready to forgive their ex-partner.

Among those who still tried to return the relationship (53% of men and 49% of women), the majority considers it a mistake. Successful reunions turned out to be a rarity: only 10% of the stronger sex and 4% of Russian women were able to restore the relationship.

At the same time, 35% of men and 38% of women named cheating as the main reason for the breakup. In the second place - incompatibility of characters: 34% of men and 33% of women answered so.

In addition, for women a serious reason for such a decision was abuse (30%), while for men this reason gained only 11% - they more often leave because of fading feelings (25%) and domestic disputes (18%).

At the same time, ladies more often become initiators of parting (50%). Only 24% of men decided to break up themselves.

Also 67% of men and 66% of women admitted that they could not come to their senses for a long time after parting with a partner. However, 70% of Russian women do not regret the breakup, while almost half of the stronger sex still pines for their exes.

As follows from the results of the survey, 18% of women felt relief after such a decision. Among men there are only 5%.

In addition, 45% of male respondents and 42% of female respondents are sure - after parting it is better to stop communicating. And only every fifth (19% of men and 18% of women) is ready to maintain close relations with former partners. At the same time, the majority of Russians (63%) tried to save the relationship before the breakup.
