Musk criticized Scholz for speaking out about free speech in Europe

American entrepreneur and head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Ilon Musk on January 21 criticized German Chancellor Olaf Scholz over his statement on free speech in Europe, while misrepresenting his name.

"Shame on you, Oaf Schiets," Musk wrote on his social media page X (formerly Twitter).

This was his response to Scholz's statement that free speech in Europe does not accept right-wing positions.

The word "Oaf" in English translates to "dumbass" and "Shitz" sounds like a crude swear word.
