In Udmurtia, a 16-year-old teenager received burns when a firecracker exploded. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on January 5.
"A 16-year-old boy from Votkinsk received a thermal burn on his back from a firecracker thrown into his jacket," - said in the Telegram-channel of the department.
It emphasized that such "jokes" are unsafe.
The agency urged not to give pyrotechnics to children and not to launch them at home, near buildings, trees, power lines and crowds of people.
Earlier, on January 4, in Mari El, a 13-year-old teenager had his hand torn off when a firecracker exploded. Investigators organized a check after the teenager was injured under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Sale of goods that do not meet safety requirements").
