In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District near the factories of Portz-Yakh a woman with two children disappeared. This was reported on December 31 in the Unified duty-dispatch service of the Department of civil protection and fire safety of the Department of civil protection and security of the administration of the Yamal district.
