"I think it is very timely to talk about our history now. And very right. This production is imbued with love for the Motherland," said Dmitry Pevtsov, a member of the State Duma and People's Artist of Russia.
"Cathedral Square" - a spectacular immersive performance with music, dance, pyrotechnic effects and 3D projections tells about the Time of Troubles, when the fate of the entire state was decided.
Pevtsov is convinced that the film park "Moskino" - the best platform for such a large-scale performance, which, according to him, in the capital has not yet been. Here is not like in the theater, when people sit in the heat, and on the stage depicts the frost. Everything is real here.

This is one of the most notable and tragic female figures of the Time of Troubles. Ekaterina believes that, knowing the history of Russia, you can understand today and even look into the future.
"In fact, everything is beautiful. And it's not cold. At least you can breathe the air, because sometimes you work like this and don't realize whether it's winter or summer. And also here you are always sunbathing under spotlights, sunbathing under electric light. We are all very insulated and well equipped. For example, my shoes are a few sizes bigger to accommodate thermal insoles. In short, I'm warm, I don't feel any discomfort," Guseva added.
A large team headed by the director and producer, artistic director of the New Theater Eduard Boyakov worked on the performance. The play "Cathedral Square" can be seen on weekends, the shows will last until February 23, 2025.
