In Khabarovsk, rescuers found a lost resident of Khabarovsk in the area of the Amur River embankment. This was reported on December 25 by employees of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"We came to the area of the Lenin stadium, from the Ferris wheel went to the island opposite. There during the survey of the area found a man. He was lying on his side, the snow under him had melted. The man was alive, but could not walk, he was very cold", - said the rescuer of the 1st class of the 1st class of the PSO of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Khabarovsk Krai Evgeny Fay.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations wrapped the victim, then put him on a stretcher and together with volunteers of the regional branch of the National Center for Missing and Injured Children carried him to the ambulance team

About the fact that in the regional center in the area of the Amur embankment a 41-year-old man is missing, reported the mother of the victim. She said that Khabarovichan went for a walk in the morning, and then called and said that he was lost. After that, his phone was out of range, it was not possible to contact him anymore. The man had health problems. Independent searches for relatives were unsuccessful.

At first, a group from the city search and rescue squad began the search operations, later joined by EMERCOM employees.

Earlier, on December 22, "Izvestia" published footage of the rescue of the crew of the plane An-2 in Kamchatka. In the search and rescue operations distinguished pilots of the Kamchatka aviation enterprise, rescuers of the Kamchatka regional search and rescue base (area of aerospace search and rescue of the Federal Aviation Administration).

A passenger and two crew members of the airplane told Izvestia that at the moment of landing due to heavy fog it was not visible where the airplane was landing. The instruments also failed and they had to navigate by pre-wings. According to the men, they had small supplies of food with them, which helped them survive for more than two days. They also tried not to leave the aircraft due to snow and wind, and dug a hole under the wing of the airplane to sleep.

The disappearance of the An-2 became known on December 19. At the same time in Kamchatka began an investigation into the fact of an aviation accident. In the Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region specified that on board the plane in addition to three people were 800 kg of commercial cargo. Later, the airplane received a signal about the emergency landing, and a ground group of rescuers went to the alleged place of its occurrence.
