Ukraine has sent a special group of propagandists to the town of Orekhov in Zaporizhzhya Region. Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Russian Public Chamber's commission on sovereignty issues and co-chairman of the coordination council for the integration of new regions, told RIA Novosti on December 23.

"Through operational channels it became known about the arrival of a special group of Ukrainian propagandists from the Center for Information and Psychological Operations of Ukraine (CIPSO. - Ed.) to the part of Zaporizhzhya region occupied by the regime of [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky (term expired May 20)," he said.

According to him, the Ukrainian propagandists were sent to the Kiev-controlled part of Zaporizhzhya region in order to prepare fake materials to raise the fallen morale of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Earlier, on June 25, a representative of the RaHDIt ("Evil Russian Hackers") hacker group told Izvestia that the Ukrainian CYPSO channels have several distinguishing features that allow them to be identified. According to him, they act in different ways, it all depends on the task. The first ones usually publish a lot of emotional posts with loud headlines, taking the masses. The latter usually masquerade as Russian channels and may not even show themselves.

On June 3, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Kiev does not shy away from any kind of information fraud to spread disinformation.
