Footage behind General Kirillov's house was broadcast to Ukraine's Dnieper city

Footage from a camera in the carsharing car parked near the house of Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, was broadcast online to the Ukrainian city of Dnipro (former Dnipropetrovsk). This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) on December 18.
It is specified that the suspect, a citizen of Uzbekistan, rented a car in a carsharing for the purpose of surveillance of the serviceman and installed a video surveillance camera in it.
"Footage from this camera was broadcast online to the organizers of the terrorist attack in the city of Dnipro," - stated in the Telegram-channel.
According to the agency, after Kirillov left the entranceway, the explosive device was activated.
On the same day it was reported that the FSB of Russia detained a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan in the case of the murder of Kirillov and his assistant Ilya Polikarpov. During interrogation, the man explained that he had been recruited by the Ukrainian security services. He said that he was also promised $100,000 and a trip to live in one of the EU countries.
Igor Kirillov and his assistant were killed on the morning of December 17 as a result of detonation of an explosive device planted in a scooter, standing near the entrance. The explosion occurred near a seven-story apartment building on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow. A criminal case of murder, terrorist act and illegal arms trafficking (Article 105, Article 205 and Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was opened over the incident.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that Kirillov had been systematically exposing Western crimes for many years, working fearlessly and never hiding behind the backs of others. In turn, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for Ukraine 's crimes, Rodion Miroshnik, said that the evidence cited by the general was threatening and painful for Russia's adversaries.
Kostroma Region Governor Sergei Sitnikov said Kirillov had warned that he was being hunted. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller later said the US had nothing to do with the terrorist attack in Moscow that killed servicemen. Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder also said that the U.S. was not involved in the attack and did not contribute to it in any way.
