MEP gives forecast on Ukrainian conflict for 2025

The European Union does not have enough resources to support Ukraine without help from the United States, Luxembourg MEP Fernand Kartheiser told Izvestia.

"The current phase of the Ukrainian conflict will probably end in 2025 with either a Russian military victory or a Russian-American agreement, which will then be imposed on Ukrainians and Europeans," he specified.

In his opinion, in the absence of forces and resources, most EU countries will follow the line of the new President of the United States Donald Trump.
