The call center of the People's Front, which receives questions from citizens before the direct line of Russian President Vladimir Putin, reported on December 16 that the largest number of questions comes via phone calls.

"SMS is in second place, and social networks are in third place," Alena Stemparzhevskaya, head of business development at Gigachat, told Izvestia.

It is specified that as of the morning of December 16, more than 1 million 50 thousand appeals were registered.

The head of the regional executive committee of the "People's Front" in the Tomsk region Sergei Shalyapin noted the competent composition of operators who "qualitatively work out questions" with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).

"Sometimes we receive audio calls and sometimes video calls. Over the last few days, I've been fortunate enough and I've been taking video calls from our citizens. This is something so unusual, it is very interesting live, I would say, to communicate with our citizens, to feel all the pain of their question or joy", - said about the work of the call-center participant of the youth wing of the "People's Front" Elizaveta Shchanina.

The day before it was reported that the headquarters of the movement "People's Front" received more than 1 million appeals from Russians before the program "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin", which will be held on December 19. It was noted that young people are mainly interested in education and science, while older people are interested in medicine, social benefits and housing.

December 14, Putin said that he had already familiarized himself with the questions to be answered during the direct line, and noted that the country is developing, but there are still many issues to be resolved.

The direct line of the head of state will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in Russia have received invitations.
