The number of appeals to the direct line with Putin exceeded 1 million

The headquarters of the People's Front movement has received more than 1 million appeals from Russians before the program "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin", which will be held on December 19. This was reported by the TV channel "Russia 24" on December 15.

The call center of the program in the central headquarters of the "People's Front" completed the eighth day of collecting applications at 20:00. At the moment, the employees of the center received and processed 1,015,829 applications in different formats. Most applications came from the Central, North-Western and Southern Federal Districts.

The most popular way of addressing was by telephone: Russians called the hotline 537 thousand times, also 256 thousand SMS were processed by the participants of the movement.

Over 137 thousand citizens submitted applications using the social networks "Odnoklassniki" and "VKontakte". In addition, through the mobile application "Moscow to Putin" users sent about 26 thousand letters. As for the website of the President of the Russian Federation, about 60 thousand appeals were sent from it.

The most important for Russians are the questions about housing, infrastructure in the regions and the issue of rising prices for fuel and housing and utilities services. In addition, the topics of special operations, activities of the authorities, state assistance to families with children, education and pension payments are also topical.

Earlier in the day artificial intelligence (AI) has already received and processed more than 900 thousand appeals of citizens before the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which will be held on December 19. It is noted that young people are mainly interested in education and science, and older people - medicine, social benefits and housing.

December 14, Putin said that he had already familiarized himself with the questions to be answered during the direct line, and noted that the country is developing, but there are still many issues to be resolved.

The direct line of the head of state will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in Russia have received invitations.
