Volunteers of the "People's Front" helped a disabled man of group II from the village of Nikitovka, Belgorod region, to get a supply of firewood for the winter, reported the press service of the movement on December 15.

David Aslanovich appealed to the call-center of the program "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin" with a request to solve the problem with heating in the cold season, as the man and his wife live alone on the outskirts of the village and can not stock firewood on their own.

The appeal was received by Alexander, a veteran of a special military operation (SVO), who lost his eyesight as a result of a wound and now works as a "People's Front" operator. To help the man, Alexander contacted fellow soldiers from the Belgorod region, who, with the participation of military volunteers from the group "Brevna31", helped organize the transportation of firewood.

It took one day to fulfill the request of the man from Belgorod region: just a day later 15 cubic meters of wood for heating were delivered to the man's house. The volunteers also brought the pensioners a food kit and warm blankets. As representatives of the movement noted, David Aslanovich's wife could not hold back her tears.

In addition, the volunteers promptly responded to the appeal of a disabled pensioner Lyubov Vasilyevna from Volgograd region, who stated that it was difficult to get the necessary hygiene products due to her low mobility.

According to Lyubov Vasilyevna, she needs diapers and diapers on a daily basis, which have a high retail price, and to receive hygiene products under the Individual Program of Rehabilitation or Habilitation of Disabled Persons (IPRA) she needs to undergo a medical and social expert assessment (MSE): this means that she has to travel 100 km away.

Call-center operator Alexander quickly responded to the woman's appeal, contacted the Ministry of Health and the district hospital and helped organize an on-site MSE for her, during which the pensioner underwent a thorough examination, received consultations from Maria Sadchikova, deputy head doctor of the central district hospital (CDH), a neurologist and a surgeon.

"Carried out a visit to the patient to draw up a rehabilitation program and make changes to it," - said the deputy head doctor of the Lenin Central Regional Hospital.

The day before, representatives of the movement said that the volunteers of the "People's Front" helped a 63-year-old man with a disability to achieve repair of the leaking roof in a multi-storey house in Bashkortostan.

The direct line of the head of state will be held on December 19, it will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Invitations were received by representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in the Russian Federation. Call-center in the headquarters of the "People's Front" began work on the night of December 8.

The previous direct line with the Russian leader was held on December 14, 2023. The President received more than 2 million appeals from citizens. He answered questions about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, new regions of the Russian Federation, the growth of real wages, pensions, life expectancy, health care, development of artificial intelligence, and also touched on a number of other topics.
