Putin familiarized himself with the questions for the direct line

Russian President Vladimir Putin told the XXII Congress of the United Russia party on Saturday, December 14, that he has already familiarized himself with the questions he will have to answer during the direct line and noted that the country is developing, but many more issues need to be resolved.

"Now, you know, there are preparations for both the big conference and the direct line. I have familiarized myself with the questions that come in, but I think it's no secret to you: a lot has been done, of course, but there are still problems, as we say, a carload and a small cart," Putin said.

He noted that one should not "rest on one's laurels", it is necessary to work ahead of the curve.

The head of state noted that Russia is developing and its economy is growing despite unprecedented sanctions both literally and from the point of view of world history, rude interference and pressure from the ruling elites in some countries. Nevertheless, no amount of blackmail and attempts to interfere with Russia from the outside will ever succeed.

The President asked to think about how to make the most effective use of United Russia's primary branches. Putin pointed out that the party is responsible for establishing feedback with people, because it allows us to see the dynamics of changes on the ground. The head of state emphasized that representatives of the government should not "shunt" people who address them to various instances, but work independently to solve their problems.

Putin said that an honest conversation with people is the key to the trust of Russians and is necessary for the state and United Russia. No statistics can replace personal contacts with citizens. In addition, the president noted that the Russian Federation can move in all key directions at once, on which its sovereignty and competitiveness depend. Putin stressed that the center of the plans should be a person, his well-being and quality of life, the prosperity of Russian families.

On December 13, the head of the regional branch of the "People's Front" of the Republic of Crimea Alla Vertinskaya said that the call-center of the "People's Front" solves the questions of citizens received by the headquarters of the organization before the direct line of the President of Russia. Employees of the call-center unite questions by topics and bring to the forefront the topics that need to be kept under control.

The direct line of the head of state will be held on December 19, it will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Invitations were received by representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in the Russian Federation. Call-center in the headquarters of the "People's Front" began work on the night of December 8.

The previous direct line with the Russian leader was held on December 14, 2023. The President received more than 2 million appeals from citizens. He answered questions about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, new regions of the Russian Federation, the growth of real wages, pensions, life expectancy, health care, development of artificial intelligence, and also touched on a number of other topics.
