"People's Front" helped a man with a disability to repair a leaky roof of his house

People's Front volunteers helped a 63-year-old man with a disability to repair a leaking roof in a multi-storey building in Bashkortostan, the movement's press service reported on December 14.
Ramil Gifgatovich, who lives on the ninth floor of an apartment building, has been unsuccessfully trying to get the utilities to repair his roof for almost two years. The wallpaper in his apartment was damaged due to leaks, the chandelier collapsed, and the floor began to deteriorate. In addition, the damaged electrical wires began to cause concern.
The man called the call-center of the program "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin" and told about the problem. The call was taken by Dmitry, a veteran of a special military operation (SVO), who had lost his eyesight as a result of a wound and now worked as an operator in the call center. Dmitry took up the challenge and contacted representatives of the "People's Front". Soon they arrived at the site together with the public utilities.
"The appeal of a resident of the city of Ufa came only to a direct line with the President, and the management company has already begun to solve the problem. This is one of the examples of how utilities should respond to the requests of residents," said Gulnara Magasumova, coordinator for organizational work of the regional branch of the "People's Front" in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The representative of the management company Vadim Suleymanov noted that the house in need of repair is in the company's possession recently.
Earlier, on December 13, the head of the regional branch of the "People's Front" of the Republic of Crimea Alla Vertinskaya reported that the call-center of the "People's Front" early solve the questions of citizens coming to the headquarters, before the direct line of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
