"People's Front" has started to help Russians who have applied to the call-center collecting appeals before the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is reported on Friday, December 13, the press service of the movement.

The family of the resident of the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR) Lyudmila faced a problem: the spouse Nikolay for joint replacement needs to undergo a medical examination, but in their locality there is no necessary equipment and doctors for this. "People's Front" took the appeal to work.

From Lyudmila's conversation with Dmitry, a veteran who lost his sight at the SVO, the call-center operator learned that Nikolai needs a joint replacement of the femoral neck.

"Got up from the chair, lost consciousness. When he woke up, I was not at home. Came, and he is lying down. We came to the traumatology. There they took a picture and said: a fracture of the femoral neck," the woman commented.

After receiving additional information, representatives of the executive committee of the "People's Front" in the LNR went to the woman. The complainant was contacted from the Republican hospital and expressed readiness to hospitalize Nikolai.

"We received a signal that the patient, being in the Krasnoluchsky district, needs our help. When we saw him, we realized that prosthetic joint is not the main problem. At the moment, the patient is in a serious comorbid condition," said LNR Minister of Health Natalia Pashchenko.

In the hospital, he immediately measured his blood pressure, did an ECG, had an ultrasound, and took a blood test. Doctors explained that earlier hospitalization had not been carried out because of heart problems. Now Nicholas cardiologist prescribed treatment, after passing which it will be possible to raise the question of joint replacement.

"The patient was taken to the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital, examination began. At the moment, all the necessary measures are carried out. After the examination will prepare the patient for further treatment", - commented the head of the Department of traumatology and orthopedics of the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital Andrey Mayatsky.

The direct line of the head of state will be held on December 19, it will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Invitations were received by representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in the Russian Federation. Call-center in the headquarters of the "People's Front" began work on the night of December 8.

The previous direct line with the Russian leader was held on December 14, 2023. The President received more than 2 million appeals from citizens. He answered questions about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, new regions of the Russian Federation, the growth of real wages, pensions, life expectancy, health care, the development of artificial intelligence, and also touched on a number of other topics.

Putin, having seen a ready cross-section of questions this year, noted that the most frequent topics of appeals are the quality and availability of housing, transport infrastructure, medicine, government agencies and organizations, and benefits.

A day earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that more than 300,000 citizens' appeals to the direct line with the president had already been received.
