The cost of New Year's corporate party celebrations in Russia has been named

On average in Russia, the cost of a New Year's corporate party in a country house with turnkey organization, musicians, Father Frost and Snow Maiden will cost Russians 38,300 rubles, and when renting a separate room - 34,500 rubles. This is stated in the results of the study "Avito Travel" and "Avito Services", which were reviewed by "Izvestia" on December 13.

The experts calculated the cost of the celebration when renting different locations and taking into account the order of the service of organizing the event. In the case of renting a house, objects with an area of more than 150 square meters were taken into account.

The average price of a country house booked for December in the Russian Federation is 15 800 rubles per day. The highest cost of renting country objects for corporate parties is in the Moscow and Leningrad regions - 22 500 rubles and 19 000 rubles per day respectively. The most affordable options for the celebration can be found in Mordovia (6100 rubles), Altai Krai (4900 rubles) and Penza region (3300 rubles).

If you book a loft, banquet hall or other similar location, the price in this case will be 1500 rubles per hour, experts noted. As a result, renting a venue for a party for eight hours will cost an average of Br12 thousand. According to analysts, over the past year, the demand for such sites has increased by 48%. Also, Russians increasingly prefer to organize a turnkey corporate party - the demand for such a service increased by 17% compared to last year.

At the same time, the demand for the services of Santa Claus and Snow Maiden for the year increased by 31%, and for the last month on the eve of corporate parties - by 55%. Demand for the performance of musical groups increased by almost a quarter (+23%) compared to last year, for specialists in hall decoration - by 48%. In 2024, the number of requests for the services of presenters of New Year's corporate parties increased by 18%.
