Members of the Tagan OCG were detained in the Kostroma region

Members of the Tagan organized crime group (OCG) Vladimir Panasenko (French) and Denis Arkhipov (Khipa), who have been on the federal and interstate wanted list since August 2024, were detained in the Kostroma region. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on December 10.

According to the investigation, the men killed a member of their own organized crime group Andrei Mironov in Moscow in 2000, and in 2003 in Lyubertsy liquidated three members of the Lesnyakov-Zavyalov organized crime group in complicity with other members of the group.

The cases of their accomplices Brovkin and Klimin, who concluded a pre-trial agreement on cooperation, are considered by the Lyubertsy City Court
