The SF assessed Trump's proposed peace plans for Ukraine

Chairman of the Federation Council's Committee on International Affairs Grigory Karasin has described Kiev's communication with US President-elect Donald Trump's advisers on the settlement of the crisis situation in Ukraine as high-level trade.
"A high-level trade on how we should resolve the crisis situation in Ukraine is beginning. This campaign will be very heterogeneous, multi-layered," Karasin said.
In a conversation with Lenta.Ru on Wednesday, December 4, the senator noted that there are many more such tricks and propaganda statements ahead, so it "makes no sense" to react to them. Meanwhile, he urged to closely follow them, but to be guided only by "those fundamental conditions, which our President has already voiced repeatedly.
He also called all the proposals of the Trump administration or US President Joe Biden an information fuss.
Earlier, on December 4, it became known that the Trump team has three plans to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. So, this is the plan of the special envoy for Ukraine and Russia of President-elect Keith Kellogg, one from Vice President-elect JD Vance, and another put forward by Richard Grenell, Trump's former acting intelligence chief, writes the website kp.ru.
All of them provide for territorial concessions on the part of Kiev, notes NSN. Also, the proposals have some common features, including taking Ukraine's NATO membership off the table, RT specifies. In addition, in particular, Grenell's plan suggests the creation of an autonomous zone in eastern Ukraine, 360.ru notes.
Some points caused a sharp reaction from Kiev and the European Union (EU). It is noted that the main goal is to sit Moscow and Kiev down at the negotiating table.
On November 2, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Trump has every opportunity to end the conflict because Washington has all the tools to stop hostilities. He noted that Moscow does not rely on Trump or anyone else in the Ukrainian issue.
On November 14, Trump promised to "work very hard" to end the conflict in Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow would wait for proposals to this effect and was ready to consider them.
