Ex-soloist of "Na-Na" Levkin buried at Troekurovskoye cemetery

Ex-soloist of the musical group "Na-Na" Vladimir Levkin, who died at the 58th year of life, was buried on Tuesday, November 19, at Troekurovskoye cemetery in Moscow.
At the farewell ceremony with the artist came numerous friends, colleagues and loved ones. Among them were honored artists of the Russian Federation Maria Khlebnikova, Kai Metov, Denis Maidanov, a member of the group "Roots" Alexander Berdnikov, journalist Ernest Matskevicius, plastic surgeon Igor Korotsky, as well as members of "Na-Na" and many others.
Wreaths for the farewell ceremony were sent by the Victory Museum, a number of charitable foundations and TV programs, as well as major production companies.
Farewell to the musician was held under the composition "Not the last" and was accompanied by prolonged applause.
November 17, it became known about the death of singer Levkin. According to the source of "Izvestia", the cause of death was leukemia. The musician died in intensive care.

Levkin was born on June 6, 1967 in Moscow. At the age of six he entered a music school in the class of accordion, he also played guitar. His career in the group "Na-Na" began after participating in a contest organized by producer Bari Alibasov. At the qualifying rounds of the contest Levkin performed songs of his own composition. The singer performed in the group until 1998.
Levkin was a graduate of Gnesinka and the directing faculty of GITIS. He starred in TV series, wrote a poetry collection and performed solo, as well as in the band Kedbl.
