Bus fares to rise twice in Tyumen

In Tyumen, prices for travel on municipal buses will be raised twice in the next two months. The increase in ticket prices is due to the increased cost of carriers and the replacement of minibuses with more spacious buses.

Starting from November 15, the fare will increase from 42 to 46 rubles for cash and from 37 to 42 rubles for non-cash payments. Starting from January 15, prices will reach 47 and 45 rubles, respectively.

It is expected that in 2028 the cost will reach 48 and 47 rubles, in 2029 — 49 and 48 rubles, writes <url> news agency.

The tariff for transportation in the period of 2027, 2028, and 2029 should be set at 48, 51, and 53 rubles, according to the draft resolution of the administration.

Earlier it was reported that the expansion of Republic Street, which is considered the longest in the city, was postponed again in Tyumen. Now the work will begin in 2030 instead of 2027.
