About 90% of Russian employers have noticed signs of artificial intelligence in candidates' resumes. At the same time, more than half of them have a positive attitude towards the use of neural networks when preparing resumes. This was confirmed on October 6 by the results of a joint study of the social network for networking "Grid" and the job search platform. hh.ru .

"More than half of Russian employers (54%) are positive about the use of neural networks when preparing resumes. <...> 51% are positive about the fact that a candidate can explain the logic of their use, and 42% are not against doing a test task at home using AI. In general, 87% of Russian employers have already encountered the use of AI by job seekers," the study says, as quoted by TASS.

It clarifies that the use of AI in itself is not considered a problem if the candidate understands the result and is able to explain it. With the ubiquity of neural networks, employers focus primarily on professional skills, relevant experience, and work results.

In addition, interviews have become more likely to check real cases and project details, closely monitor the candidate's behavior and ask applicants to solve the problem in real time. The study also showed that trust in homework has decreased more in large companies with more than 1,000 employees.

On October 3, Anastasia Alekseeva, HR director of the DIDENOK TEAM communications agency, said that stagnation in a career can mean an employee "growing out" of familiar tasks. To overcome this period, the expert advised to conduct an honest "diagnosis": to understand what exactly has stopped working. The specialist also recommended looking not only up the career ladder, but also to the sides.
