The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the restoration of car production in Russia

Russia has restored the production of cars in all demanded classes. This was announced on September 27 by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov on the department's page in the "Maks" messenger.

"In the automotive industry, Russian enterprises have restored production in all the required classes," Alikhanov said in a video message dedicated to the Day of the Machine Builder.

The head of the department added that the production of all major types of industrial robots is developing in Russia and eight robotics centers have been established. In addition, more than 400 enterprises are already operating in the machine tool industry, and the serial production of civil aircraft is also developing.

The authorities intend to increase domestic demand for jewelry and precious metals

Alikhanov said on September 25 that AvtoVAZ has been demonstrating a noticeable acceleration in bringing new models to the market in recent years, which indicates the growth of the company's competencies and technological capabilities. The Minister stressed that the development of new platforms, access to additional market segments, as well as the gradual expansion of hybrid and electric propulsion technologies remain promising areas for the Russian automotive industry.
